Online Access
- We will soon be able to offer patients the opportunity to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. If you would like to take advantage of this, you will need to pick up an authorisation letter from reception with your logon details, and we will also give you full details of how to use the service.
Mobile Phones
We plan to start sending appointment reminders and details of vaccination clinics via text messages very soon. This will mean we need to ensure that we always have an up to date mobile number for you. Please let us have your number so that we can ensure that it is correct on our database, and let us know whenever you change it. You can let us know via e-mail on a.albertroad@nhs.net or pop into the surgery. Please don't phone us with it though as we need to try and keep the phone lines as free as possible for those wanting to book appointments.
